Science: Experimenting the different components of force.

Science

In Science this week the students of 4B and 4J continued their learning about force. Mr Barbour talked to the class about  Isaac Newton and his influence on Force. We all then went out side and explored whether anything changed when force was added to the situation. Students experimented with a slinky, stress balls, kicking a soccer ball, hitting a ball on a bat and rolling a bocce ball. They had to find out whether force cause the object to chanimage image image image image image image image image image image image image image imagege shape, change direction, remain unchanged or went straight. We went outside because it was a beautiful day and the experiment was very successful.
