Inquiry – Term 1 

Today grade 3/4’s we will begin out inquiry journey. We will look at the Australia Then and Australia Now, focusing on the meaning behind the celebrations that shape Australia’s history.

What is a celebration?

Groups

As we will be working as a team 3/4A and 3/4J you will grouped with a partner. You will choose a celebration that you will explore. Today we are wanting to find our what you already know, what you would like to find out more about and some learning.

Here are the celebrations you will be able to choose from:

Harmony Day
NAIDOC Day
Sorry Day

KWL

After choosing your celebration with your partner you will work together on a KWL chart. The Chart looks like this:

    in our inquiry were doing the Australian history my partner is Mahnee and Chloe our question is what effects have immigants had on Australia as a country? we are finished all our research and are onto our collage. it looks really good 😃 tell you’re to keep up the great work and love inquiry🌈🌈🌈
